making it cool and undergoing very little oxidation
Longeays has metres of deep red clay before the vines hit the mother rock
the palate faithfully reflects the nose
Chateau Bourgneuf, Pomerol 2021 Size::1 Bottle Domaine Hubert & Laurent LignierMedium bodied, sweet and tart, dark plums with bitter chocolate in the nose and on the palate, the wine finishes with plummy fruits and smooth textures. It was produced with 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc.
